To cutdown communications to/from scope where it wasn’t needed it doesn’t listen for changes to keypad display that happen as a result of keypad presses to the physical handbox in the observatory.

The only thing that I haven’t implemented is a means of perform a slew whilst pressing down on left, up, right, down buttons, since this was a bit more tricky to code and I have other means to move the telescope from Planetarium Program or Target Scripting.
